We need you to be sincere towards your work. Give your best.

c. The years you spend at Ranx should be the most transformative years of your career. You should fail to
recognise the version of you that joined Ranx.

d. If you are the type of person that takes their work and career seriously – this is the place for you.

We need you to use AI & Tech extensively.

a. We need you to be very well versed with the tools that matter. And you need to constantly self learn on
AI to be relevant to us.

b. You need to know the limitations of AI and where not to use it. Also, know that your judgement matters
more than ever in an AI world.

c. The end goal of using any tool is to make yourself more effective at your work. The tool needs to help
you produce better work faster.

We need you to be good at giving and taking feedback

a. We will constantly give each other feedback in the pursuit of making our work and workspace better. This feedback needs to be both positive and constructive.

b. Speak candidly yet respectfully while sharing feedback. This is non-negotiable. You can’t be rude in the guise of being direct.

c. Don’t take feedback personally. Take it seriously. If you are super sensitive to feedback. This is not the place for you.

We need you to take ownership and responsibility

a. We expect everyone in Ranx to operate like a leader. And Leadership isn’t about a position. It’s about
your ability to help bring results to the table.

b. We expect people that are good at execution. To be good at getting things done. Less talk, more
action.

c. Once a task or project is given to you – it’s your job to take it to completion successfully. Nothing should
come in the middle of taking a project to its logical conclusion. If anything or anyone gets in the middle of
it – you do what it takes to solve it. But you get the task done.

d. Taking ownership is another way of saying – deliver results at all costs.

We need you to be agile, flexible and open to change.

a. You are joining a start up that is going to grow at a rapid pace. In a sector which is new to the world. Therefore we will learn a lot of things along the way. And based on that we will make the required changes to meet our goals.

b. When that happens – you will have to be agile, flexible and open to change too. Be mentally prepared and spend the least amount of time possible complaining. Not all change will be good, but we will learn from it and get better.
